Product Introduction

        NDCF-12KV Lightning Impulse Test System is designed in compliance with standards such as TB/T 2653, GB/T22387, GB/T17627, GB/T16927, GB14048, GB7251, GB/T16935, IEC61730, GB4706, GB3048, and JB/T 7083. It is used for impulse voltage testing of safety performance for products including charging piles, solar equipment, low-voltage switchgear, low-voltage electrical appliances, electric meters, motors, wires and cables, and leakage protectors. It serves as a "3C" certification test equipment for low-voltage switchgear and electrical appliance manufacturers. The device utilizes a high-speed microcontroller design, supports manual, automatic, and programmable modes, features an LCD display and touch key interface, and offers advantages such as ease of operation, stable and reliable performance, and a high degree of automation.

Product Features

☆、 Manual/Automatic/Programmable modes; In manual mode, the impulse voltage is adjusted manually via a knob. In automatic mode, the impulse voltage is adjusted automatically by the system. In programmable mode, the impulse voltage is controlled automatically via computer.

☆、 Automatic and programmable modes include an automatic constant voltage system for finer control of output impulse voltage, unaffected by interval time.

☆、 Programmable function provides a 485 communication interface and protocol, allowing the setup of a programmable test system to control impulse voltage and various parameters via computer or programmable network (programmable triggering).

☆、 Supports batch combination testing via computer programmable software, such as 2KV 3 times, 4KV 3 times, 6KV 3 times, -2KV 3 times, -4KV 3 times, -6KV 3 times, etc., with up to 50 combinations. It feeds back test results like breakdown count and breakdown voltage to the computer, which displays the results graphically for intuitive judgment.
